I'm looking for a single word or a short phrase to print across a part of an image or video which is blanked, blurred, or pixelated intentionally to keep people from discovering any sensitive. Has the distinction between counselling and giving advice become blurred in common speech, or did it never exist? The soggy soil we are standing on is a case in point.

Is the word blurry restricted only to vision? So is the yogurt you're having. what's an idiom, phrase,. However, blurred has another use which blurry doesn't duplicate, and the dictionary doesn't bring out (probably because it's hard to do without examples).
