An atc can vector me to a fix i'm not familiar and not shown in approach plates and terminal area charts in my possession. For example, in little navmap, i can tell if an airport has such capabilities, especially ils, as. That will be a great advantage if so.
Is it possible to download a skyvector flight plan and change it to a pln format and use that in fsx?

Is there a quick and easy way to see if an airport has ils/rnav capabilities? I would love to be incorrect about this, but i've been using skyvector for years and have noticed they don't. Looking at the uk on skyvector i can see that. I'm trying to get my head around flight planning in msfs 2020 and would like to learn navigation with just vors and ndbs only.

Thanks to @carl_beckenbaugh for the hint. Quote fixed fuzzy google maps display. It'll show all the waypoints. Skyvector doesn't have canadian charts available as far as i know.
